The cart is getting a new front, nicely painted by Fleury's Auto Body Shop in Ballard.  We've got a few days to get that paint on and dried.  This week we've gone through the water system, the refrigeration system (it's both electric and propane) and our on board electric system.  All good preventative maintenance.  We even bought another oven to double production for catering and festivals.  Let's make pizza, calzones and stromboli!
